Welcome to Sporting Club of Wisconsin
Sporting Club of Wisconsin — SC Wisconsin — was established in 2013 as a Wisconsin LLC, built around one idea: sports are better when they're not limited to a single season or a single game. That thinking comes from the European multi-sport club model, where one club fields teams across many sports under one shared identity, often spanning everything from youth programs up through adult competition. That range is the inspiration — a club that can grow with the athletes in it, starting with youth and building from there over time.
Our Identity
Our mascot is a white bison. In many Native American traditions, the birth of a white buffalo is regarded as a rare and sacred sign of hope, unity, and renewal. A white bison calf born here in Wisconsin carried that same meaning for us, and we adopted it as the symbol of this club.
Looking Ahead
Sporting Club of Wisconsin got its start in lacrosse, with early teams competing at the USA Lacrosse regional championships and in tournament play. That chapter showed what's possible. Right now, there are no active programs. We're taking the time to do this right, and when we're ready to move forward, it will likely start with youth programs.
